Getting lost in a strange place can be unsettling especially if you're a bit socially awkward.
I like drawing Felix without a mouth. For some reason it gives him a very naïve, quiet look and reminds me of characters from the 'funny pages'. It's one of the reasons I've also been using the occasional pupil-only eyes.
