We have but is called All saints' Day (Dia de todos los Santos)

But the Day of the Dead is mostly celebrated in Mexico, related to the All saints' Day, but not the same

Anyway is not like Halloween, tho the USA tradition of going out with costumes can be seen here in Spain, but mostly due to Halloween parties at pubs and clubs
