I didn't color this, but I did give Drake some tips. Lately I've been using Paint tool SAI.

I don't know any art program that's completely free after 30 days dude. SAI is one of the cheaper ones at like 53 bucks or so.

GIMP is completely free

i dont have money so thats why i cant do a whole lot with my art cuz gimp only covers the basics
