Very possibly? though we would probably just fly a jug out and change it there, cylinders die on us fairly regularly lol, not an uncommon thing for us to do out on the line. I got to help out on four or five over the last summer, dreading having to get into a project like that once the cold truly sets in haha
on this one the jug was frozen on the engine... the mechanic tried to get it off but it wouldn't budge. As for me, I have been very fortunate not to have had to work in the cold all that much. Pretty much my whole career has been in south Florida. I remember when Rich International was still flying these things. Their small head quarters building was just down from the Air Florida hangar and every now and again one of these birds would pull in over at the terminal.

ahyeah that would be very unfortunate haha, working in the cold is defiantly an experience, if we have an extensive repair to do on an engine we have a big tent we can set up around it then plumb a big heater into it. The aircraft I get to work on definitely make it all worth it.
I actually almost came to Florida for A&P school but ended up going to Spartan in Oklahoma instead (which is a largely overrated school).
