Alexander was once a human, but willingly volunteered to be modified to become as close to a cartoon character as was physically possible.

Alexander is a member of the Organization, the same one that was responsible for turning Gerald into the big wolf he is today. Some time after the experiment with Gerald "failed", the Organization began rethinking it's efforts, and decided to also conduct certain experiments with their own members, people who were already loyal to them.
Alexander has been one of these willing members to volunteer for an experiment. As a follow-up to the "failed" experiment, Organization scientists changed and modified the wolf serum used on Gerald, and had it injected into Alexander. The serum was a success, as it changed Alexander into a wolf, but that's not the only reason for it's success. It also changed Alexander into something the scientists dubbed a Toonthro: a being that is essentially a cartoon character, but that exists in the real world.
With a more insane mindset, a new look, an extremely bouncy and resilient body, and a large set of "fun" weapons, Alexander was immediately sent out repeatedly on missions, showing incredible success with each, despite being hard to keep under control at times.
With the Toonthro experiment labeled a success, the Organization gave Alexander a top priority assignment: to locate and destroy the escaped subject from the original "failed" wolf serum project.
With the new assignment in mind, Alexander is now out and about in the world, actively seeking out his target: Gerald, the Big Wolf.

Awhile ago, I thought to myself "I wanna make a toon character". I also thought I needed some more villain characters, and well, the two thoughts merged and I ended up creating Alexander!
And geez, I really like this guy XD
Besides being a villain, especially to Gerald, I also thought of a cool concept I want to use that's in regards to how Alexander is a Toonthro! I'm not gonna talk about it here though, maybe I'll make some art or write a story or something about it later? Dunno <:3
