Species: Frigid Peak Dragon (Mixture of seals, polar bears and dragons) gotta fix that

Little about his kind:

+ They are born with pure white fur until they reach the age or 6. They later gain color from one of their parents and develop horns on their heads,back and tail. (Males are more known to have larger and multiple horns)
+ They live in underground dens till they move fur color and later on move on caves, riversides or water dens.
+ Their parents leave them at the age of 10 and rarely meet.
+ Their claws can get so cold to the point multiple layers of ice can form,they use this as a weapon.
+ They rely on their tails as a sail to move across the frigid waters,the tail is so strong it can break icebergs.
+ It's rare of them to use their fire or electric trait as a form of combat, they do rely on water and ice elements more.
+ Once they react a certain age they will gain wings, it is uncertain why they are not visible in their childhood

About him:

He's always sleeping most of the day, he's active at night but not as much. He's a slow hunter so he ends up eating berries or even tree roots.
For some reason he sends fish to anyone he likes or wants to have a special connection to them. He's often quiet and it's difficult to speak with since he does not approach anyone.
