Lowell's one of the more familiar faces up at the PSR station much in thanks for being one of the station's best (or at the very least, their more enthusiastic) mechanics. Along with his maintenance companion Block Bot, who goes by the name D6, they work on keeping things in tip-top shape while tossing the occasional friendly wave in hello at the kids.

There's a little bit more to this guy than what I've written up so far in terms of his vocation, but I'll save that for when things get underway (and I'll update this info for when that happens). The Premier Ball-themed suit is my suggestion for what unaligned maintenance staff members could wear.
