The next comic series I'm doing revolves around these three characters.
yosh-e-o suggested I do something with the trio, as they originally showed up in his Further Realm Creative Campaign stories: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/748427/
They're a mercenary group called The Quick And The Angry. It's about 25 pages long, about ten different missions the group has. Aside from my own, I was able to plug about 15 characters that belong to my friends into this since I wasn't able to do that much with my other comics.
So uh... that's what I'll be working on this summer.

How totally cool to see the beginnings of yet another, epic work. The coloring on this piece is very impressive in that everything just seems to blend together so seamlessly. It's like the whole thing is trying to draw you in.
Ah, and I see Kamui will be making an appearance as well? Awesome! He looks quite vicious in this portrayal and leaves me wondering exactly what sort of activities he will be participating in throughout the series.
Fuxie looks extra fierce here, too! The eyes and teeth definately give off the aura of a "Don't Mess With This!" character. I think that is why I couldn't help but include her in "The Creative Campaign." The poses from your Rainbow series, coupled with her description, just screamed strong-willed and hard-core. I can't wait to see how you, her creator, moves her and the rest of the cast through the tale. :)
Yet another awesome highlight to what you did here is the inclusion of those nifty, character symbols at the top of the pic. I imagine they are to represent the fine folks who are likely going to cameo throughout The Quick and the Angry's adventures? No doubt many surprises await all those who partake in the story.
Lastly, I am happy to see the strong reception you have gotten so far towards the concept. Nothing like a strong start to catapult a solid series to victory. Oopa!

Thanks! I'm glad it turned out alright since I was being a picky perfectionist about what image I put up for them... I've made others but nothing I really liked enough. And Coonishi is taking on Kamui's look for this comic. (: I guess sometimes it's easier to cling to someone more bold when you're trying to accomplish something - whether it's the Kamui side of himself, or Fuxie.
Hehe, and you're right! The ten pixel faces stand for each chapter in the series, and the person that puts The Quick And The Angry up to whatever mission they're working on. (: The chapters are only 1-4 pages each, and I think it's an easy way to organize the events, since they kinda tie up and relate, I think. :3
Once I finish up the last few pages I'll be ready to start digitizing it. 8D I can't wait for the fun to start again. :3 Thanks!

I can't help but to be excited for you on this one. Especially as, from what I can tell, you are going one step beyond the basic comic and are, in a way, writing a short-story series within a graphic novel. It shall be most interesting to see how the missions that comprise The Quick and the Angry tie together in the end to make a grand whole. One thing is for certain, though. With Kamui being a part of the story, anything can happen. :)
Hehe, well I could find a spot to fit you in. :D there's a scene with a group of baby furs, and I think I only have 4 characters for that part... I could easily insert a fifth. 8D
It'll be more fun because it's not limited to following a game! Woop woop! Adventure ahead!

w00t! Adventure! *puts on a pirate hat* YAR. WHERE BE YER BOOTY, WOMEN AND SWEATY OLD BEAVERS?
You don't have to squeeze me in mate, I was just being silly ^^ If you need an extra character you're more than welcome to mine though! It's just cool that you'll be cranking out another comic. Do you think this one'll be more serious or still comical?

Yarrr! The woman is missing an eye, but the beaver is right up to bat. ;3
Yeah, I have different parts of the comic where I just need someone in there - so that's where I fit my pals. :3 Woop woop!
I always mix comical and serious. :3 The beginning will be more silly, but as the story develops it'll wind up serious, but hopefully still goofy enough!
