Looks like this Yveltal thinks that his teritory is obstructed by the other legendaries teritory.
So he thought that this is the best way to keep competition away. Poor Lugia.
Sorry in beforehand if I got the sizes of the pokémon wrong. The wikipedia and the TV show usually tell 2 different things. Also, I dont know if legendaries even have teritories, I just wanted to give some context to this.
