One of my unnamed characters, doing a dance, for her boyfriend. (Since she found out he was here, she wanted to do it; especially for him. Particularly, to some classical, traditional music, in a creative way.
While others are at this bar & resteraunt area, (everyone is friendly though; most of the customers that often visit, are people that never dated) they realize the idea, of being creative, when it comes to various unusual dancing techniques.
The handcuffs & ankle cuffs? They're just a prop, and can be removed, at any time. They're also part of a simple exotic dance.
