Sure.. Fray may at least be powerful, but when hypnotized, it is kinda hard to fight back! On top of that, he was forced to stand there in some sort of drippy, gooey substance.. he didn't know what it was doing to him, but it was running over his body, making it all icy cold.. It stuck to him, and his mind was fading slowly, as if it was not his own any longer.

"Sir, the test is going well. The subject seems to take in the Glaceon DNA well. Temporary, but a success nevertheless!"
