A fabulous animation created for me by
ProblematicPossum for my upcoming YouTube channel. I couldn't have been more pleased with how this came out. :)
Thanks once again, and at last I get to show it off!

It seems to me it's an essential component of being taken seriously, especially on youtube. A lot of it is first impression, and if you don't impress right away, people aren't going to stick around for the rest of the video.
I've had this in my pocket for over half a year while I made preparations and planned out some things, building up my written work and my stockpile of videos so I have a lot of stuff I can put together easily and such...
Anyway, I think when you watch this it tells you I know what I'm doing (even if I feel like I don't). :)
Impressions are important, and I think this one makes a strong/good one.

This is adorable! I love the cute little ear wiggles at the beginning and that oh so saucy wink at the end. And of course the whole thing with her showing offer water powers is really neat and I really like the whole playful feel of it. The animation is beautifully done, and I think this will make a fantastic opening animation for the channel!
The original concept had been for a 3/4 view over her shoulder as she notices you, and I had initially thought I'd only be able to get away with toony Lauren, but the animator pitched this and I said, sure. :) Plus I thought the water at the end was a perfect way to transition into the video to follow. ;)
First two videos are up and running. :)
