I have been in bed all day today which wasn't my intent at first I was recovering froma night out then I was being unsociable I didn't want to be around my family so I stayed in bed... I needed the sleep thoughh... my body dose not get enough of it and not enough time for it to heal superfical body stuffs.... anyway I made this in advance because I knew I was going to have a bad day today, I just didn't know exactly the extent of it.
