She must get a lot of attention when playing on on the beach. How does Liz get along with Kim out of curiosity?

Liz had been wandering homeless for a few months after leaving her abusive father's home, when she caught Kim's attention. Kim offered Liz a job at the bar she works in, as well as a place for her to stay in. For this, Liz is incredibly grateful to Kim, and Liz ends up looking up to Kim as a replacement parental figure, even though Kim is only about 5 years older than her. Liz is pretty emotionally and socially immature for her age, but she wishes to make up for her lost teenage years, and sees Kim's apparent maturity and support as a great chance to learn. In return, she is fiercely protective of her new "mom", almost to a fault.
