Nephew to Marinas, and second-in-command under his branch of military, Sombaug is a rare example of a tri-breed drakhan (Flare being one other example), one whose blood can produce and utilize vaion of three elements: Water, Ice, and Shadow. Compared to his opposite, Vo'lec (under Stratus), he's highly aggressive and quite anti-social. But his deadly status is well known across the region and his enemies' blood runs cold in his presence (literally).
