Oh very nice! Though it looks like Kingdom Conquest is gonna get sued out of existence. Towerfag went and claimed Gats wasn't the creator/owner of Towergirls as an IP, and now there's a lawsuit, what with the whole rules of 'You have to defend your IP to retain ownership of it' and a bunch of other nastiness.

Gat's is the one at fault though. By their own admission they freaked out over the battle rape mechanic and tried to pull out and claim the game as thier IP. Towerfag stated that the only thing gats has claim to was their art and that they'd signed a contract so that they couldn't shut them down if something like this happened. TF is actually completly in the right here and besides I don't know how you can claim IP over a CYOA meme started in chan boards.
