I love the guy, especially given his 'victory' quotes seem less... violent than the others?, the worst is pretty much trying to sound scary to get them to leave. And he fails at it, because he stutters, so he kinda sounds a bit silly.

I love how this game was designed...as you play it, you get a sense in your mind's eye how nightmarish the enemies are that you're fighting, but it never compromises its whimsical, early 20th century cartoon style and makes the images you see -too- disturbing. It shows how well the designers know their audience, and how much admiration they had for the pioneers in the industry. This game has panache, baby!
