I decided to give him a little more to him than just his scar. Yes, he's a purple lion. XD I love purple.
The story is : In the Harshlands, while escaping from the keep, he was struck by lightning as soon as he left the citadel. Left for dead, he was rescued by a former slave to the King of the lands. He ended up horribly scarred and disfigured, his eyes almost blind. He cannot see very well at all, so relies on his friend, the slave he once controlled unmercifully in the citadel's castle. (He was a Lord. The only name he knew.)
He now feels the thrill of every storm in the lands, can tell when one is brewing without even looking. His scars start to flare and heat up, causing him pain. Almost as if Karma got him back for years of treating others like crap.
He now goes by the name : Rai , which means 'Trust/Lightning' in Japanese, given to him by his new friends.
Rai might look evil, large, intimidating and a bit twisted, but he's quite friendly. If not a little moody from time to time, the change in the weather and heat make him a little irritable.
Not wanting to admit, he has a slight 'thing' for his rescuer, will he ever tell him how he feels?
