And warts tend to be more warty, while dead skin tends to be more skinny.

Dead skin isn't as painful to try and pull off. Warts are much more solid.

Not sure how to tell the difference. Always thought that wart's had a raised portion and a shape. But, meh' don't really know what I'm on about.

It is unfortunate with regards to the different occurances you had, though the fishing appears to have been fun yes? The after effects of it, are what you have to cope with.

And the rest of the day was alright. I caught 6 delicious kokanee salmon. They look like this!!!

But that's maybe the only good part of the fishing trip was being able to catch some fish. Besides EVERYTHING TERRIBLE ABOVE, I also missed a call of a job interview since there's no cell phone coverage, the guy with us kept droning on about how I should join the air force, and they just talked about football and how women are just "good for tits and looking at" or something dumb like that

silly, you don't use vinegar.

You buy an aloe leaf, peel off the skin to get at the mushy icky slimy stuff, then you mash it up real good into a paste and rub it on your burns. Also, its safe to eat. It tastes kinda good.

P.S.

Add lavender, dill and a small amount of milk for better stuff.

please don't eat the lavender.

sunscreen would have been ideal but yeah aloe is what you need now, vinegar is an acid and might make things worse

I did use sunscreen but we are on the lake alllllllll day and I guess I just wasn't applying it enough :[

And you are right. I don't know if my burns are worst or not, but not only do they still hurt, but I stink like vinegar

yeah sunscreen is a finicky mistress, she only gives back if you're constantly rubbing her somewhere

i dunno if you wanna go this far but you can buy jugs of aloe juice and just add it to a warm but not hot bath and soak for a bit, goes a long way to healing it up fast

Warts are hard and tough... Although the one I have does not hurt. (I actually have two, neither hurt to walk on / touch / etc.)

A shot of penicillin took care of a wart that was starting to form on my hand.

The easiest way to tell if its a wart and not just dead skin is the way the flesh looks. Dead skin will fall off and be replaced with fresh skin, but if you can see a visible ring where the skin was, then you most likely have a wart. The warty flesh can seem bubbly or dotted, but it'll be tough and solid.

Use fresh lemons. Use squeezed lemons and use it on your body mixed with the water. It gets rid of the Fish smell. I've been a fisherman woman since I was 3 and that's what my mother always used.

Aw, sunburn. I know how you feel. Got a huge sunburn on my shoulders and back over the last 4 days at my camping trip. ; ;
