KP-YOSHI! His male urban nevrean Lime, male western sergal Luik, and male T-Stalker Lingo!
Since owner KP-YOSHI asked me more lore friendly and canon-fitting situation. Then, i would like to use canon lore that still haven't been known too much.
The situation that owner wanted 1:
Childhood of Luik and Lime, in Gold Ring Tenement House.
Luik and Lime, Luik is western sergal, but both of them live in Gold Ring and Lime is fully urban nevrean.
Due to their period when they were born (maybe around RC 50), they are considered to have been raised in a "Gold Ring Tenement House".
Gold Ring Tenement House and "Tenement Ladies" Lore
In Gold Ring, there's a lot of tenement houses that is similar to traditional Japanese tenement house from long ago. This is the main type of residence for a Sergal/Agudner joint-family. This type of housing carried out an important role within Gold Ring in the post-war era, where Nevrean discrimination was still at an all-time high. Nevrean females realized that if they tried to raise their Nevrean children alone, the different generations would not connect in Gold Ring. It was fortunate the strong sense of Nevreans caught this early on, for if they had tried to raise Nevreans by themselves, tragedies like a a Nevrean egg being stolen by Sergal brats and subsequently being used as a ball to kick around while the parents worked would have most likely occurred, and more commonly than one would think. Thus, the females decided on leaving their eggs with a Sergal or Agudner mothers who lived in such tenements, under a veil of secrecy. Though this move left the future of such Nevreans to be decided by Gold Ring and its people, females still decided to do it, falling out of formal customs in a similar fashion to the people in Out Ring. As a result, it became more common for the ladies of the tenements to care for Nevrean children, giving them a full upbringing. These Sergal and Agudner women who were responsible for the upbringing of Nevrean children in the tenements despite the difference in race had been known quick as the "Tenement Ladies" for their long, historic work in Gold Ring. The idea behind such a process was that if Gold Ring people raise the Nevreans, then the Nevreans could be more easily accepted as a "native race" of Gold Ring, assuming they were raised there from birth. Having a Gold Ring upbringing was also intended to deter the increase of thieves by having the Nevreans feel less rejected and desperate. The strong intuition of Sergals led them to believe this was a wonderful plan, while Agudners still carried some doubt, seeing a potential of the children betraying them later on. However, the Agudner’s trust in Sergal intuition led to them also accepting the plan, and they too would end up holding a deep love for Nevrean children in a similar fashion to Sergals without any negative vibes. The plan turned out to be successful in the end, as this new generation of Nevrean children grew up healthy, loving their adoptive Sergal and Agudner mothers, while detesting their true parents who often fell into the stereotype of Nevrean female thieves or male Nevrean prostitutes.
Therefore, Lime might be also one of new generation urban nevrean who grew up in GRTH, and Luik was left from his western sergal parents who is survivors from world war.
The situation that owner wanted 2:
Lingo is in GR Government Office for acquire his 'human rights'.
Lore about how Talyxian-Stalkers acquire human right
In the Gold Ring city after year 70 of the Rain-calendar, new law guaranteed the definite 'human rights' for nevreans, and treated them as "the third race of Gold Ring". In addition, a part of talyxian-stalkers also became to be able to get same rights as an intelligent race. (About this more, let's read here.) However, unlike nevreans, T-Stalkers need to go through certain procedures before being acknowledged by Eltus society as being "more than just an animal" . And even then after these close examinations they are still considered halfway through. It vastly depends on the T-stalker's ability to identify itself and behaviour. If one prefers to stick to their natural lazy feline behaviour and don't hope for a more cultured life, Eltus will treat them as pets/animals. If it wants to be cultured and manages to mimic Eltus lifestyle to a degree, they will be treated as humans, but not considered one. Among the procedures necessary there is an exam needed to be taken at the Government offices. Once gone through all the steps, they may acquire human rights on paper and be issued an ID card to be used as a certificate of proof. These also serve to protect them from being mistaken as violent, or weird/wild creatures like Man-eater talyxians.
Those lore is still in way of concept-building by Vilous official creators, so a details of both of lore may be changed by them later. But basic of those concept is almost decided, so i would like to introduce those juicy lore ahead of time. I hope you enjoy this!

Also due to some secret contract between Lime's mother, Lingo have to get human right to support Lime at his close place.
After they grow up, Luik become police officer in Gold Ring, and Lime become... famous Poledancer in Gold Ring XD
