No really, his species is actually called the balloon frog!
He's a specialized sumo fighter with powerful breath and lung capacity, coupled with super durable elasticity! Capable of expelling powerful gusts of air or swelling himself to incredible limits.
What limits are those? He hasn't found them... yet.
Just messing around with some animation and layering. This was really fun to do and I hope everyone enjoys him!
