I had a bunch of silly ideas regarding things I could put here -- a short description of how someone had misunderstood the contest, an excerpt from the rule book, something like that. But then I decided, you know what? This picture really does speak for itself.

Ah! It actually wasn't a Kirby cartoon I was remembering (though I don't doubt the line showed up there too), but it was this commercial for Kirby: Air Ride. Thanks for triggering my memory!
