iceman had been wantin' progress pics since god knows when, and in part a great big thank you to him, as well.
This is precisely what I'd set out to kick myself up from, when I was 120 lbs. I'm not yet where I wanna be, but I'm sure enjoying the journey. I cant wait to see where this amazing lifestyle takes me, another year from now, another five, so on.

HAH! Yus, even then I was still trying to get a handle on which I wanted to do: either keeping up the running schtick or finally take the plunge into weight lifting. Glad I finally bit the bullet on the latter, last year. If I can manage this effectively, I'm not sure I'll ever need to run, again! =D

iceman's been my de-facto personal trainer for the past year, and loves giving out good advice when he can to those who really want it. :3
But as for making certain you get enough fat stores to keep musclebuilding profitable from your rampaging metabolism, make sure you're eating throughout the day every 2-3 hours on something protein rich. Snack bars, jerky, deli slices, so on. Breakfast is always a must (minimum 700 calories aside from minimum 30g protein), and even toss in a scoop of ice cream to your recovery shakes after a workout session. Cuz it sounds like you burn through fat REAL quick, and you need that to properly help you exercise AND recover well enough to count. :D
A few pointers. But be careful of that creatine. Dont want to burn out your liver, so try it on one season, off the next. :3

I agree with beo on this one, Be careful with creatine and your liver lol. But mainly what it does is get you ripped, even if its a lie cuz its just filling up your muscles with water. I dont know your body type but if youre like skinny with not much muscle mass then its good to start with it, just dont make a habit out of it :D

Bench press, squat, or... Aw, fuck, I'll just list 'em. ;3
Bench max: 200lbs x 12 reps, 230 max press
Squat max: 415lbs x 8 reps, max squat unknown.
Leg press max: 1000lbs x 8 reps, max press unknown.

Dang tootin', man. And I'm glad you approve, no less. Dumpy kid in middle school who couldn't WALK a mile in 15 minutes, to varsity running in high school, to THIS. It all began with just saying 'yes' to things that I wanted, and not just lamenting that I wasn't good enough. A testament to the power of positive thinking.
Bite the bullet, be willing to make sacrifices, work hard, and be persistent... and just about anything can be yours. >:3

Well, I'm glad this is the case, because camera or no, I have no problem cheezin' it up in front of a crowd! So I'm glad it simply manages to look half decent. Thank you for your kind words, dude. :3
And as for my build, I trimmed down basically for AC and this photo session, so I'm glad that turned out well, too! Now, I start a double season of volumizing again. And having met you at Ice's panel personally, you, too, are one hell of a role model to follow. I look forward to seeing your updated posts. :D

*LOL @ role model comment* Heh, I'll just never get used to anyone saying anything like that. But yeah, I'm back on my bulking phase again. Man, I can't believe it would be this hard to get back in my heavy weights @__@. It feels good though to be pushing my old weights around again. I don't like the cutting routines I do, not as fun or fulfilling for some reason. I still would like to do an actual panel next year at AC for fitness.
I know what you're saying, even if the total lbs is scaled down per our respective frames. For all the trimming I did, I HATE that I've lost an edge in the strength department, even if its only by a couple of pounds. Still sucks. I'unno, I figure its just the testoster-rage fueling the two of us. "MUST PUSH HARDER!!! BULK SMASH!!!" XD

Very glad you think I've improved since last you'd seen me! Cuz even at that point, I'd not been doing weightlifting! And I tell you what, I'm SO glad I made the changeover from running to pumping iron! =O
Nah, not so much kayaking. Its... something I've done whilst in scouts, but never something I've really been able to get into. Just never got much a vibe off of it. And besides, the likelihood of me having time while I'm at FC to do it is fairly minimal. Cuz other than that, I'll probably be located in Texas, by then. Deeeeefinately not within convenient reach to go 'yaking. XD

Just a touch, but the one real gripe I have with weight lifting is that it DOES take awhile to get the results I'm pushing for. But even in that regard, it still helps me keep on a daily schedule and quasi-balanced diet and sleep routine. :D

Actually I think I will do that. I haven't had much success in recent years and I only just recently have seen any improvment due to the fact that I realized I'm not getting any younger and I don't want to be a fat old guy. Well I won't be old for a long time yet but still I'd like to enjoy my younger years as a more healthy fox.
