Danjim the Anthro Dragonfly 2017
It was time for me to make a renewed reference sheet of my dragonfly-sona in his anthropomorphic form. Here he is in his 2017-version. Not too much has changed since last reference sheet other than that he has no multiple scaly carapace from his back and that his tail pattern has switched with its dark and light color.
Enjoy it in his renewed form with a handful of other features like size comparison, a color palette, face expressions, links to my accounts from other websites etc.

Besides being fascinated by its professional hunting in terms of its extreme fast movement, its often culturally and historically luck-bringing charm/spirit animal several places around the world, its cool name, the beauty and (to me) a cute creature, I chose to go for a dragonfly since it bears symbolic views of personal matters in my life. There lies a great vision which is thanks to its enormous eyes, it is slender and metabolic like I what I am. And I thought it would be inspiring to have a reference to the Hybrid Soldier ( https://i.pinimg.com/originals/57/7.....c21adf40ec.png ) from Linkin Park's album, Hybrid Theory, which is an album I've listened to and loved since I was like 7-8 years old.
I also wanted to go for a dragonfly and to cartoonify it in my own way of doing my best at designing an OC who bears no template nor reference whilst creating it. It's an honour for me to be one of the representers for the insects, since they aren't as common in the furry community. So I wanted to show some love for this and went for a dragonfly
