I realized I didn't like the look of other crochet chikorita and thought I should have a go at it. No one else had tried to use this sort of heel shaping for the chest, instead having the head attached to the body and using the vine stubs to hide the seam. Didn't quite make sense because chikorita looks like a little sprout that got bit by radioactive pudding. The entire body looks wobbly, jellylike, without any definition at all in the limbs until later stages. Little green one is the first try, big yellow one is the 2nd and now I am very tired of them but they're very cute together. About 7 and 10 inches respectively.
