Greetings everyone, here's a little side project I had commissioned to replace an old visual and provide more lore visuals.

My thought was that the Soldiens are divided into three factions: Midlander (grey), Arctic (white), and Blauen (black). My thoughts on the Blauen is that they kinda represent one of the middle kingdoms and were in competition with Arctic raiders (and later colonists) and eventually the Midlanders centuries later.

This picture is meant to represent that at the early stages of their empire they used heavy infantry and began as a chain of feudal kingdoms run by Barons (the original Baron being a former Arctic warlord turned Blauen noble).

The current day Blauen (in the time period the animations universe takes place in) tend to be focused on industry, engineering, and advancing instrumental and mechanical sciences. If they are found in combat, it is usually either as professional mercenaries or running the specialized armor divisions of the SSUD (armored warfare being their specialty since the 'industrial wars').
