Voretober Day 12: Noodles
There are some who believe noodles to be a simple dish. This is not so! There are so many kinds of noodles, so many different ways for them to be prepared. There's the seasonings to think of, whether they're to be fried or boiled, how firm or crisp you want them, and whether or not to serve them with broth. And true culinary masters know that there's one more key aspect that can make your noodles really sing:
