Shak'Ti is the Kell of the House of Thorns, a rather new Fallen House
She is known as the Lightstealer and it is rumored that she has managed to convince a ghost to join her, and while a ghost cannot resurrect a being that doesnt have a connection to the light it can still heal them and provide assistance in other areas; making her a viable threat.
Shak'ti has also managed to kill a fair number of Guardians, keeping their fallen ghosts as trophies. The Vanguard have placed her on their watch list with a standing order to not engage her alone.
Quick and cunning she is relentless as a pirate, though not brash enough to not see when a tactical retreat is in order. She can be ruthless though has an odd playful streak. Vanguard intelligence states that she is prone to taking prisoners and making them pets.Shak'ti belongs to me

i agree, Destiny OCs seem to be in short supply. Specially outside of the 3 races you can pick as Guardians.
Thanks for the kind words on the character. The artist themselves is a Destiny player with the Fallen/Elinksi being their favorite race so i knew her creation was in good hands ^^
She was either going to be a Captain or a Kell, ended up deciding on Kell as who doesn't like a big powerful female? ^^
