Haha still learning myself tbh.
For this one I just sketched out the base, colour picked the colours from the photo and put them down with a larger brush. I would recommend watching other artists streams/speedpaints and copying free for use photos to learn the basics. This is what I am doing anyway and it is actually very helpful!!
