A Touborii colonist soldier who just fought off a Rük raider/corsair using his Federated IV combat rifle. though ancient design, they are typically loaded with composite armour piercing rounds and with every 3 round being a high-explosive to help bring the weapon up to competition with the galaxy's more dangerous weapons out there.
in the colonies, such dangers of foreign invaders are always present. at 8ft tall and aggressiveness in combat, Rük are terrifying enemies at close combat who can easily throw a person with their own strength and difficult to take down.
