Another Amongst the Dunes - art by Ama, poem by Ame
It's the tenth day of the month, and this crocodile-komodo-dragon hybrid taur named Ehmyt Taseni is my tenth character. I made him with Amaranth in March of 2015, after she had made a new, desert-dwelling mantis named Saa a month beforehand. Here's my folder for them.
And, just as with Ninian and her plantish python from yesterday's posts, Hyst and Kazi from the day before that, and with Accuvier and Ília from the the posts on the 6th, Ama and I plan on doing a full story with Ehmyt and Saa, one day. Their world is majorly developped and the story is more or less laid out, with some parts already written, and others explored in previous art that Ama has done (and posted! Check out her 'Shattered Illustrations' folder).

Thank you very much, but even though I'm using a crop of the above painting as my icon currently, this isn't 'me'/Amethystine. This is Ehmyt, whereas my 'online self' is Amethystine: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23955351/
WhiteMantis decided to use Saa as her icon, and since Saa and Ehmyt are a couple (after a while, in their story), I put on the other half of the pair as mine.

Damn. I'd love headshots of my own characters in this style. Especially if only a 40-minute speedpaint (as read from WhiteMantis's posting).
