Due to legal reasons, and what I have clearly stated in my TOS, I require PayPal for international payments. I refuse to accept physical currency as well, as it is absolutely not safe means of transfer, for both sides of the deal. Sorry!

Technically it's not illegal to mail money in general, it's simply unsafe to do so on such a large, worldwide scale. Family members send each other stuff all the time, people pay for groceries with physical money all the time. The difference is, I'm not your trusted friend or a family member, or a grocery store worker. There's no guarantee that your money will even reach my mailbox (this happened to me before, except with other physical items!), there's no protection unless the package is trackable. And even then there's a spectrum of things that can go wrong, the delays, the border check, additional fees, the list goes on. Online transfers are guaranteed to go through nearly instantly without all that nonsense, there's a buyer/seller protection and you know exactly what fees are being deduced.

I would keep rambling why this is better than snail mail, but you get my point I think. xD

There's also wire transfer method, directly from one bank account to another buuuut this method on an international scale is also off limits for the same safety reason.
