Indeed, normally for taurs I favor 1 lower stomach, but I'm sure 2 can work. The closest thing in nature I know of would be the crop of a bird or the chambered stomach of a ruminant. Not that any of that is that important. Hell if I know taurs could be made to function as real biological creatures, but it's fun to think about. :P
