Not only will you see the Rode, you'll see the 34 cent white nylon Walmart sock I used to protect from P-blasts. It was ugly and stupid looking but worked just as well as the original nylon screen which set me 20 bucks back. I now have a really nice wire-mesh Blue windscreen, but I'll probably miss the ol' "time to pop in a new 34 cent white nylon sock" aspect.
