Pretty sure that's an eagle, falcons tend to have smaller, more round beaks, kinda like miniature parrot beaks, while eagles have longer, more knife-shaped beaks.
... Usually. There's a couple exceptions to the rule, some south american and African eagle species have some weird shaped beaks, and I think there's a few species of falcon in the outback that have more hawk-like looks about then, but then again there's those ones from Japan which...
