Something i was going to upload week ago, but I decided to add one more image. Then i decided to add two images and split all into 2 pages, so the second one will have only 2 images.
So anyway, idea was that the fox thief tries to steal something from the temple, surprisingly he is mistaken with some legendary creature. Or maybe it was just a pretext to give a thief a lesson?
BTW, if you feel like every image looks somehow different than previous one... its probably because I was struggling with this page for a long time and i painted everything a little differently.
About a second page, i have almost 1 image finished. I'll try to do both tomorrow. But you know. I'm lazy, so...

Well thieves usually want a life of luxury that they can't otherwise earn. So maybe this is him getting what he wanted in a way?
If it's a form of imprisonment, it's a very nice prison I suppose lol.
Love how he's basically filling the throne before it occurs to him to be concerned. Or maybe until then it didn't occur to him that they'd move from encouraging him to eat, to compelling him to. By which point it's too late to resist since he can't get away anymore.
Says a lot about me that I have a hard deciding whether I feel sorry for the fox, or envy him!

Oh wow, this is really,really nice. I just love this weight transition, the premise, the species used, it's perfect. Can't wait for the next part!

Non désolé. J'ai fait d'autres projets, parce que je pense que toute seconde partie que je ferai ne sera pas aussi bonne que l'imagination des gens, j'aime penser que tout le monde a sa propre idée pour la fin. Mais j'espère pouvoir poster une fin bientôt. J'y travaille.

2020: Two numbers in there say “2”, in terms of that being related to the number 2. And yet as we all know, someone else will say something similar to my comment like I’m doing with others right now I’m the hopes that popular demand will bring a part 2 out into the world for all to see.
Going through my favorites and I really think this is one of my all time favorite sequences. Looove that shift in power (or the fox never had it) from the fox being in charge and then suddenly realizing the situation he's in.

I always wanted to finish/redraw it, but but something always felt not good enough when i tried again. Also just started digital painting back then so i was rly overwhelmed by how popular it is and i kinda got scared
