Introducing Mimi, Grandmother to my Rotom boy, Breaker. Despite her spooky appearance she is a kind and supportive woman who raised Breaker for much of his life. She's also much physically younger despite being old enough to be a Grandmother. She opted to simply not evolve to Dusknoire in her life.
