Pleasant Tour ~or~ Coerced Conveyance ? - art: LordSnape

It's the fifth day of the month, so I'm posting pictures of my fifth character, who came after the 'core four' as I think of them. Ame, ArachNed, Ace and Anom. Snake, spider, shark, slime. (Sense a pattern there?)
Charles the Chocolateel, who came from this story: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2905164/ (Check this out for the only merfolk M/F/F/F/F/F/F/F sex scene you are likely to ever find!)
He's not a MAIN character, and I've never really made use of him since, because his creation was a bit of a mistake (as all the best things are).

One would imagine - for better or for worse - that the [mer]girl and the [eel] boy have hit it off just enough for her to allow him to show her around. Their expressions seem pleasant enough.
This is all supposing that she is indeed a mermaid who was very recently a human woman, who needs to be shown around.
It's also possible that she's got him on a leash, already. A metaphorical one. She could very well be a siren, who has ensnared even him. Human or not, if you're male (or even maybe if you're female, depending on your interests), you _will_ be enthralled.
There is even a third possibility, that the eel has threatened her with some dire consequence if she doesn't keep up appearances as they move through a more public space, toward his home.
I'll not ramble on as much as I did on the last submission.
I suppose my point is, you should be able to come up with at least two versions of the context for every image.

I think (from what I can recall of writing it) that's the mermaid being down on herself for her starry-eyed folly of seeking magic to be a mermaid in the first place.
But it's open to interpretation. It's definitely not Charles, though. But I may have been toying with the idea of the eel as just some other eel-man who tries to take advantage of the new mermaid.

Eel-men are cool! I hear that they are like the softest/smoothest thing ever. I like their snouts too. It's good that an eel snout/jaw stands out as rather different from a snake snout, or people would think this was just an undersea version of Amethystine or something. >__>
