I like how you can see the silhouette in the reflection of the victims eyes. My wife is a photographer, and can easily identify what kind of lighting was used on a photo by looking at the eyes. The Matriarch must have been standing in front of a light source... which is mirrored perfectly with the shadow you added. And I was particularly impressed by the lense flair esk glint of light reflecting (refracting?) off the broken bottle shards.

I see that there is "Zhat Zhing" that was used for the transformation sequence. In Val's story, it appears to have a corrosive, almost acidic like effect on non biological material, This however looks more like the consistency of the mud pie that Ickney used in the side story. In my own story, it's medical grade nanobots, and the corrosive effect is fully retained. Won't doc you points, however, for personal preference.

I think this thing showed up as at least 6 feet wide on my flat screen monitor at home. Which is pretty much life size for a yinglet XD

And what's the saying in the art world, if you can't do something good, do it big. if you can't do it big, do it red. ect... Clearly you can do both good AND big

my only critique I could offer is that the facial expression seems off. But I am in no position to complain, as I couldn't do as well as this myself if I gave it my best shot, much less offer any kind of useful feedback on how to improve.

Altogether, I would conclude that this is worthy of going to the print shop and being hung up on a wall. Ideally  Monti_Montecarlo's.

I did actually spend a bit of time in consideration of zhis... and as you are not zhe only one who has commented about zhe face expression, zhis may be a case where my imagination of how art would imitate life plays a weak hand.

So... zhe subject is very drunk... zhe subject has been transformed quickly... my feeling was his....er..... HER.... expression would be one of W...T ...F?... STUNNED... really.. not horrified but really not even sure what happened... and like Kass, wasnt really entirely sure zhat zhey were a scav yet until someone kind of tipped her off she was. In zhis case it hasnt even really sunk in yet.
Again.. my zhought process for what may be academic reasons :P Zhis may make sense in my mind.. but doesnt play out well on zhe screen.

hmm would it be that bad being turned into small cute fluffy thing?
