Fudged this up a bit more than I would have liked. Maybe I shouldn't have been watching a show while drawing this, but I'm still happy with how it came out.

A brief bio a while back mentioned something about Lazra being forced to flee her kingdom after the war took a turn for the worse. She intended to join her older sister in making a last stand against the enemy until her commanding officer took her against her will, abandoning the continent along with the rest of the unit. The surviving forces turned towards mercenary work to support their livelihoods, engaging in piracy, smuggling, and even slave trade as they rapidly gained power.

Having lost everything and nowhere else to go, Lazra stayed with the group for several years until she watched her unit turn into vicious brigands and found herself no longer able to support their increasingly violent practices. She eventually left the unit, traversing across multiple frontier settlements for several months.

Life has calmed down for Lazra after moving to a crowd that's not full of terrible people and starting her own semi-legal delivery service. Unfortunately, the ugly memories continue to linger in her mind...
