How did I do that?
When I'm at GIMP, I drew Bluey. Then, I click on the Colors bar and selected Components, and clicked on Color Mixer. Then, I selected the output channel to blue, set blue to zero percent, and finally, I set green to 100 percent and pressed okay. I painted Bluey's outline the different blue like half turqoise and half blue because when you change the color with Bluey's purely blue outline, it turns into black. Yeah. That's the reason. Anyway, I hope you like it!
