I'm starting late, but I do intend to follow through on the Inktober thing. I lean much too much on the Yiynova, and I'm in dire need of some exercise with pen and ink. Bear with me while I butcher an alphabet of obscure furry characters with the shakiest line since Schulz's last year of Peanuts. Maybe I'll be better in 26 -31 days.

Kelly's inking was some Serious Shit(TM), boyee. I remember going to AC 2007 and meeting his daughter, Carolyn. She bought along several of his originals, and lordy..! I had no idea he worked so big! His daily strips were about three times the size of the standard of the time! And his Sunday strips were the size of movie posters! That explains all that wonderful attention to detail. I remain in awe of the man.
