When Umeko runs across evil interstellar empires she tends to shrink them down and keep them isolated for a time. If they give up their evil ways after a time she’ll restore them. If not, she just shrinks them down even more and sets them loose in her carpet. It’s not like they can do any harm to anyone else besides each other there.
