I love the word for clouds they used in LBT. Looks like Petrie's no longer afraid of the sky puffies now that he has a big crinkly one taped around his tummy.

I definitely can see Petrie being smug. He had a way of being rather brash when in a possible position of power. He also did not take way to being criticized.
I'm sure The Great cValley appreciates the 'droppings' not dropping so far. Petrie's type of 'Sky Water' would not be what those below would like to have. :)
