This is pretty awesome... it's a lot how I imagined Cthulhu to look back when I was a young'n, untainted by the more stereotypical depictions later seen online. I actually think its a really boss piece, I'm glad you got a sale out of it- I'm surprised it didn't get a better reception- a lot of times I chock up hagglers to just.. people wanting a deal on something that is worth way more, so don't let it make you think this piece isn't great.
