I think the important question is for health reasons. Like sometimes it doesn't matter what gender you identify as, your body chemistry doesn't care about that. In that instance, maybe contact them, explain your situation, ask which gender would be the appropriate one to select based solely on health reasons. Like if you're on hormones, that could change it. Or you have certain organs that don't match the gender you're passing as, that might affect it too.

I'm gonna get a lot of flak for this comment, but sometimes your body doesn't care, it just does its thing. Make sure its thing it does doesn't make you sick. For any reason.
