A rat shifter mad Inventor. Professor Xeno is known by all...mostly cause he will shout out an introduction 'I am the Great Professor Xeno Ramasan!'. The Werewolves tend to be wary of him due to his habit of fashioning explosive during a mission, some learn how to deal with him as Xeno addicted to Chocolate and sweets and tend to be willing to make deals for a bar of chocolate or a plate of cookies. His power includes the actually ability to fashion devices out of the material at hand (though they are not long lasting, in the event of an explosive, that hardly an issue unless he forgot to use it and take it home with him...). Despite having a Human Form, he finds humans distasteful and ugly, he like his women Ratty and furry :D due to that he finds the only use to cleavage of most females as being only good for hiding stuff in, like trash...
