I like doing comics about hillbillies because the jokes are old and familiar. Beulah appears courtesy of  Soundhound, because I cramming in cameos. How ironic that I once criticized other artists for excessive cameos and now I do the same thing myself. I hope that when I stick in cameos, though, that they feel like a natural extension of the plot. I think it would make sense for Wilbur and Magnolia to buy moonshine from Beulah because they are all terrifying hicks. And that’s good enough for me!
