A tale is about to be told.
The following short story for this picture is as quoted by Illogical:
"The giant delivery hawk, Ulysses, needed to have a rest after making another large delivery to a far away land. He spotted a small mountain and took a seat, taking in the sights surrounding him. Out in the distance, a group of what appeared to be tiny beings were watching from afar, curious to seeing a massive hawk sitting upon a mountain. In the sky, a young gryphon, named Justin, seemed interested as well, and flew in to see what the commotion was about.
The hawk was amazed. Why would anyone take interest in him? Was it his size, the fact he wasn't attacking any villages, or have they never seen a large bird before? He decided to pass the time and called for them all to gather around him, being as friendly and gentle as a hawk can be.
"Gather round, little folks! And you, too, young gryphon. I shall tell you all a tale or two of what it is I do! Travelling lands both near and far, giving those little and big folks the mail they need, where other companies won't dare deliver, because of all the DANGERS involved! Come! Let me share my stories with you."
And so, he began spinning the yarns of his travels, much to the excitement of the crowd and Justin."
