Well, this is it, all finished... I think.
It's in Richtext format (.rtf) but FA keeps slicing off the file extension. Just add .rtf and it should open fine.

I love it when my Muse sneaks up and drops a truckload of creativity in my lap. This story is one such event.
I don't know from which font this thing sprang, but I'm personally amazed by it.
